Green building practices aim to reduce the environmental impact of a home while also allowing the homeowner to live comfortably. It is focused on resource-efficiency throughout the building life cycle and increased value from longer lasting, more resilient materials. We consider every detail carefully to ensure the most comfortable and reliable home, including creating site specific custom house plans, transportation of materials, and utilizing the most budget conscious green products.

Energy Star. A home that earns the ENERGY STAR Qualification is significantly more efficient than a standard home. By purchasing an ENERGY STAR qualified home, you can have all the features you desire in your new home, plus lower utility bills. We are Central Arkansas' leading ENERGY STAR Partner builder and build 100% of our homes to the rigorous ENERGY STAR qualification. The partnership represents our commitment to energy savings through the use of energy efficient products in the construction of our homes. Energy Star BuildersOur Greatest Feat
Our greatest accomplishment to date is the construction and certification of the Owen home on North Pierce in The Heights Historic District of Little Rock. It is a 3,200 square foot home that was built on the site of a home that was "deconstructed" by the Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County. This home was certified by the USGBC as L.E.E.D. Platinum in accordance with the LEED BD+C: Homes v4 - LEED v4 standards, the highest certification a structure can achieve! It was the winner of the Arkansas USGBC Residential Project of the year for 2018. In June of 2019, the home was judged by the U.S.G.B.C. as one the "Outstanding Single Family Residential Projects of the Year" and was subsequently voted on by the public and received the "People's Choice for Outstanding Residential Project of the Year" over the other single family, multi family, and affordable housing category winners! The home is the first single family residence to meet LEED Platinum v4 in the U.S.A. and third in the world. It is the ONLY Net Zero home in Arkansas.
